Vishwa Metal Surface Technologies is a hi-tech specialty manufacturer of phosphate conversion coating products. In addition, Vishwa supplies various grain refiners, pre-dips, sealers, pre-cleaners and acid corrosion inhibitor that are used in conjunction with these phosphate coatings. ACID CORROSION INHIBITORS USED IN ACID PICKLING OPERATION
Fumes suppressor to reduce the fumes coming out of the picking tank which in turn provides a good atmosphere for working. These types of acid corrosion inhibitors are added to the acid used for cleaning the surface of metal and by using acid corrosion inhibitors; the overall metal loss will be very minimal.

ZINC PHOSPHATE COATING
Heavy zinc phosphates are used primarily for their ability to retain rust preventive oils and waxes.  Zinc phosphates provide maximum corrosion protection and extended service life.

Calcium-modified zinc phosphates have a built-in grain refiner and are used as a base for paint or rubber bonding, corrosion protection or break-in lubrication.

Zinc phosphates for galvanized surface; it is difficult to achieve good adhesion between paint coating and fresh galvanized sheet. For this reason, it is customary to apply some type of intermediate layer, a zinc phosphate, to develop good long term performance. Not only does the phosphate improve the mechanical adhesion between the paint and Zinc coating but also improves the resistance to blistering and loss of paint adhesion during exposure to corrosive environments.

ZINC PHOSPHATES
Phos ZP-5: Heavy duty corrosion resistant zinc phosphate for ferrous metals and galvanized surface. Minimum sludge formation due to high nitrate-to-phosphate ratio. High tolerance for iron. Produces dark, fine grain coatings of average 1000-2000 mg/ft2. Used at 5 to 6% concentration.

Phos ZP-3: A fine grained zinc phosphate capable of producing coatings in the 600 to 1000 mg/ft2 range. Low sludging. Used at 3 to 4% concentration. An excellent product for paint base or rubber bonding applications.

Phos ZP-2: Fine grain zinc phosphate coating for increased paint adhesion and improved corrosion resistance on ferrous metals. Coating weights from 150 to 300 mg/ft2. Excellent base for all paint finishes.


PHOSPHATE SEALER
Phos seal CS-02: A chromate final rinse for phosphate coatings to improve corrosion resistance and paint adhesion. Perform well in hard water.

Phos seal TS-1: Contains no hexavalent chromium, which in turn saves waste treatment costs. It produces protective coating. This final rinse helps in neutralizing hard water salt usually present  in  water and minimizes blush rusting prior to painting.

RINSE CONDITIONER
Phosphate conditioner SGR-01: A blended compound  for activating and refining zinc phosphate coating on  steel surfaces. Often eliminates the detrimental effects of alkaline and acid precleaning.

Phosphate conditioner ZGR-01:  The rinse conditioner aids in the development of uniform phosphate coating with small zinc phosphate crystals by depositing sub micron size particles which act as seed to promote the growth of zinc phosphate crystals on the surface of the galvanized sheets

PICKLING CHEMICAL
Derustor RR-60: A fumeless acid based compound formulated to remove rust and scale from steel surfaces. Bath is operated at a concentration of  60% by volume at 600C to 700C.

Derustor RR-20: An acid based compound formulated to remove rust and scale from steel surfaces. If the time required to remove corrosion is excessive (exceeds 15 to 20 minutes), it shows that the work requires pickling in Derustor RR-60.

NEUTRALIZER
Neutralizer N-8: An inorganic blend of salts to neutralize the effects of acid on ferrous metals. Bath is operated at concentration of 8% by volume at 600C to 700C.
